Satisfaction Guaranteed: At i-Kendy Gift Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction with our custom work. Each piece is carefully handmade based on the digital renderings we design. While we strive for perfection, small imperfections may occasionally be visible, adding to the uniqueness of your piece. As such, all custom orders are considered final sale, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure your experience with i-Kendy is positive and memorable.
Warranty / Repairs
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure they meet your expectations. All our products are handmade with care and attention to detail. In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your purchase due to craftsmanship or materials, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if the issue is deemed to be a result of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure that you enjoy your i-Kendy Gift Shop's products for years to come.

As much as we try to avoid them, accidents do happen. All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
